1. Eligibility for Refund

  • If AMC Pune is unable to provide the service as per the agreed terms.
  • If an event organized by AMC Pune is cancelled or rescheduled to a date on which you are unable to attend.
  • If there is a significant change in the event details which makes it impossible for you to attend.

2. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a written request for a refund to the contact information provided on our website within 7 days of the event date or the cancellation notice.
  • Include the following details in your refund request:

    • Membership ID
    • Details of the event and the payment made
    • Reason for the refund request

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval of your refund request.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

You will not be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • If you fail to submit a refund request within the stipulated 7-day period.
  • If the refund request is made for reasons other than those mentioned in the eligibility criteria.
  • If you provide incorrect or incomplete information during the refund request process.

5. Force Majeure
